Mastering the Ease of Home Cooking ™ Week Two
on deck.....Citrus Flounder, Tuscan Chicken and Poblano Pepper Pork Chops
Are you ready for a flavor packed line up this week? I am thrilled to share the menu with you below.
My husband, a New Englander in every meaning of the word, really loves to eat fish. I can find white fish can be pretty bland and boring. I am determined to create a fish dish with a lot of flavor and a bit of spice. I am happy to say, not only did I find something that works well, but also is all baked on a sheet pan.
The chicken this week was inspired by my time in Tuscany last fall. The nonnas, or grandmas, love to share their dishes with anyone and everyone that will try them. This is my take on one of the dishes we ate with the nonnas.
Pork chops are something I love to make. This one has a lovely gravy created with some peppers and a touch of creme fraiche.
Citrus Flounder with Torn Olives and Chilies with Oven Roasted Broccolini
Tuscan Chicken with Italian Salad
Roasted Poblano Pepper Smothered Pork Chops with Asparagus with Smoked Salt
